Our technique
The Thompson Minardi Technique is an evolution of the classic Thompson Technique, developed in the mid-20th century by Dr. J. Clay Thompson and is one of the first techniques developed in the chiropractic field. The original technique introduced the use of a specialized table that we provide in our office. These tables are composed of moveable sections (“drop tables”), designed to make precise and gentle spinal adjustments with minimal impact on the body. This innovative approach quickly gained recognition for its effectiveness and comfort in treating spinal misalignments.

Developed by Doctor of Chiropractic John Minardi, the Thompson Minardi Technique combines the fundamental principles of the Thompson Technique with an advanced understanding of functional neurology and biomechanics. The result is a refined chiropractic method that is true to the principles of traditional chiropractic and focuses on precision, efficiency and patient well-being. This technique is suitable for people of all ages, including children, pregnant women and the elderly. By focusing on specific areas of the spine and nervous system, it helps optimize the body’s natural ability to heal and function at its best. The Thompson Minardi Technique is a powerful tool for restoring balance and promoting long-term health.
Our approach
Chiropractic is not only used to solve existing problems, but also to prevent them. Regular check-ups can identify imbalances before they become chronic pain or disorders, helping you keep your body balanced and healthy over time.
Back pain, neck pain, recurring headaches or joint stiffness? Chiropractic works on the neuro-musculoskeletal system, focusing on the root of the problem. Symptomatic relief is often seen after the first few sessions, improving the person’s health.
Even when symptoms have disappeared, continuing with regular check-ups helps maintain results over time. The benefits that can be found by relying on chiropractic go far beyond symptomatic relief; in fact, the most lasting and significant results are obtained in the long term. The goal of chiropractic is to optimize your health and quality of life by ensuring the correct functioning of the neuro-musculoskeletal system and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
